Bardic Song Scrolls, Song Library
Currently, these songs are available on scrolls, in alphabetical order by title:
- "A Bardic Prayer" -- Nakuge's Scriptorium
- by Firannion Matrevyn, Unfortunately, only to Faenella.
- "A Refugee's Journey" -- House of Bardic Blues
- By Justynian Addelthorp
- "A Wedding Wish" -- Deeper's Tavern
- By Vogelin Wittelsbach
- "The Cat and the Cleric" -- Nakuge's Scriptorium
- by Sher Sureshot
- "Chant of the Dark Gods" -- Barley Bulrush's
- An ode to the dark gods.
- "Damaris' Kiss" -- D'Or's Fine Instruments
- A song of the god Damaris. This is one of the most favored scroll songs available to date.
- "The Dance of Life" -- Nakuge's Scriptorium
- by Kortny Horselord, This was an early draft of what would later become, "The Life of the Dance." I much prefer the later rendition, which he gave me permission to perform. A friend truly missed.
- "Dark Angel" -- D'Or's Fine Instruments
- A somber ode to Death. This was the first scroll song I memorized as a young bardling.
- "The Dark Champion" -- Deeper's Tavern
- By Vogelin Wittelsbach - A different kind of adventure tale, strong stomachs needs.
- "Defenders of the Lute" -- Nakuge's Scriptorium
- by Firannion Matrevyn, Many times we defended Nethriel's Lute beneath Crossing, many times we won. Alas, in all too short a time after this song was put to scroll, we failed.
- "Elanthia's Dark Moon" -- House of Bardic Blues
- By Trul Oldsong and Taeliesin Delaweir, friends not seen for too long.
- "Eluned's Winds" -- Nakuge's Scriptorium
- by Nimuen Wavesinger
- "Hamael's Song" -- D'Or's Fine Instruments
- A tale of Human courage.
- "Heroes Walk With Us Still" -- House of Bardic Blues
- By Aurilae Cui'Gweld - 1 of 3 scrolls released directly to a number of bards in an event a year or so before the opening of the Haven shop.
- "Hodierna's Call" -- House of Bardic Blues, Deeper's Tavern
- By Vogelin Wittelsbach - 1 of 3 scrolls released directly to a number of bards in an event a year or so before the opening of the Haven shop.
- "Itharr's Song" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A very funny song by Joy Chanticleer!
- One of the best comedies available on scrolls to date. Of course, the references within are quite a bit dated, but it's still good even to those not older than most of Elanthia's dirt.
- "The Manor of Dunshade" -- House of Bardic Blues
- By Brealin Forecaster - Song of a RiverHaven manorhouse, long haunted by dark deeds.
- "The Moon Mage's Tale" -- Nakuge's Scriptorium
- by an unknown author
- "Nissa's Ride" -- D'Or's Fine Instruments
- A song of the hero Nissa. Nissa was an empath that joined with Lanival against Teiro. This song tells of her reasons for this historical choice.
- "Peri'el's Song" -- Barley Bulrush's
- Actually a chant about Peri'el.
- An important tale for all young bardlings to learn. Historically, one of the big reasons why our guildmembers were and continue to be hunted by the Dragon Priests.
- "The Ravin'" -- Deeper's Tavern
- By Rancois Sendaque - A tale of a mysterious night in Deeper's Tavern, with a familiar twist.
- "The Riddle Song" -- Deeper's Tavern
- By Vogelin Wittelsbach
- "Saesealm's Song" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A dedication to Eluned.
- "Silverlock" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A sad tale of Idon.
- "Song of the Gods" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A child's melody about the gods.
- A great song for teaching young ones about the gods prior to gaining favors. Goes over the broad strokes in a clear manner, particuarly since the infamous Tamsine typo was squashed.
- "Song to Lost Children" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A sad song about Silverwater.
- "Sorril's Flight" -- Nakuge's Scriptorium
- by Keriala Elyanada, the song is good, but due to game mechanics it would be the first scroll song I'd unlearn if I could. It is unfortunate that her work has been marred by this hapenstance that numerous potential solutions have been suggested for and not undertaken.
- "Spring Serenade" -- House of Bardic Blues
- By Saesealm Faoilean - 1 of 3 scrolls released directly to a number of bards in an event a year or so before the opening of the shop.
- "Starless Eyes" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A song of Damaris by Mori saVere-Ashke.
- "Swift Runs the Blood" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A song of the Elven-Human war.
- "Tamsine's Fire" -- Nakuge's Scriptorium
- by Kithria Dustdanser
- "Valor Song" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A rousing tune!
- "The Wheel Song" -- House of Bardic Blues
- a traditional Prydaen song - Some Prydaen Pridemembers desire this sung whenever death is faced, in the cycle of life.
- "Winesong's Tale" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A song of love between all races.
- "Wonder" -- Barley Bulrush's
- A song of discovery.
- One of my favorite scroll songs. A must have.
